The beds were very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The rooms were a good size and well-equipped, including the bathrooms.-We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel during our Christmas stay.

When we first walked in, there was a strong smell of smoke and cigarettes, which was not pleasant. We had to collect fresh milk in a flask from the owners, as they did not provide individual cartons of milk like other hotels.

This boutique place has an amazing location close to a tram stop, shops, restaurants, and a pub; and the customer service is exceptional, with parking nearby.

Liz and Douglas were the most welcoming hosts and made our stay unforgettable. the attention to detail was amazing, with dressing gowns, slippers, and a special gift of chocolates waiting for us. the room was beautiful, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. the breakfast was to die for, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. the location was also perfect, just a short walk or tram ride to the main attractions. We will definitely be recommending this place to our friends and family.
